UKREXPORT has direct access to producers of Nodular/Semi-Nodular Pig Iron operating both in the central continental and near/middle/far-eastern regions where very pure raw materials are exploited. This type of high purity iron – also called Ductile Cast Iron or else Sphero Pig Iron – is characterized by spherical graphite nodules in its microstructure. Due to spherical structure, this iron material offers special properties like increase of yield strength and tensile strength needed upon critical requirements in foundry and ductile applications. Placement of factory orders is carried out through transnational headquarters of the original producers the latter being set thousand miles away deep into unexplored territories. Delivery of factory orders is carried out 1) from remote factories to Ukraine by railway and 2) from Ukrainian ports at Black Sea to specified overseas destinations in containers or bulk vessel. Payment for factory orders is required by 100% advance T/T prepayment with the only option to pay all either before production or before FOB loading.

Minimal order quantity is 1000MT because this is minimal capacity of a single blast furnace where primary Iron Ore, Coke & Catalysts for requested Nodular Pig Iron grade are to be smelted. Please note: Any original production of Pig Iron at that or other factory is not open public process. Inquiry for particular production/offer/price has to show authentic information: 1) who (what company) is buyer/importer/consignee; 2) where (what bank) his payment is to come from: 3) how (in copies of docs) he bought/imported/consumed Pig Iron last time, to prove 1) and 2).
